Elisa Balsamo (Lidl-Trek) won her third Alfredo Binda Trophy in four years, taking the victory in front of Blanda Vas (SD World-Protime) and Cat Ferguson (Movistar) after a group of four who had attacked on the climb of Orino was captured on the final kilometer.
